The Lyonforge 1U four-channel power amplifiers provide a compact and efficient solution for multi-zone and distributed audio installations in venues such as schools, theatres, hospitality spaces, pubs, and restaurants. Designed to deliver reliable performance across both foreground reinforcement and background music applications, the series combines high output capability with installation flexibility.
Built into a 19-inch rackmount chassis with a 1U (44mm) profile, each model delivers up to 225 W RMS per channel, with additional power rating options available to suit varying loudspeaker system requirements. Power delivery is managed via a soft-start switch-mode power supply, ensuring lightweight construction, consistent operation, and reduced power consumption.
The amplifiers offer multiple operating modes, allowing channels to be configured independently as stereo pairs, in parallel, or bridged for higher output where required. A temperature-controlled fan system maintains thermal stability while minimising noise in installation environments. Integrated peak limiting circuits provide driver protection, controlling signal peaks and preventing distortion at high operating levels.
Input sensitivity can be set to 0.775 V, 1.0 V, or 32 dB, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of signal sources and system processors. Connectivity includes balanced XLR inputs for each channel, with link outputs provided to allow straightforward signal routing and system expansion. Speaker outputs are delivered via robust Speakon connectors for secure, professional-grade connections.
